Peanut Butter Loaf

Peanut Butter LoafI love Peanut Butter. I love loaf. So for me this recipe was a match made in heaven. I used chunky peanut butter, which I highly recommend, getting a little itty bitty peanut in each bite was delicious! Smooth will work just fine if that’s what you have. We served ours with raspberry jam for a new twist on PB+J! Yummy!

Recipe from Peanut Butter Loaf

  •                     1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  •                     1 teaspoon baking soda
  •                     1/2 teaspoon salt
  •                     1 cup brown sugar
  •                     1/3 cup peanut butter
  •                     1 egg, beaten
  •                     1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •                     1 cup buttermilk

1. Mix together first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2. In small bowl mix together next four ingredients, mix thoroughly into dry ingredients.

3.Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

4. Eat and enjoy!
