I love Peanut Butter. I love loaf. So for me this recipe was a match made in heaven. I used chunky peanut butter, which I highly recommend, getting a little itty bitty peanut in each bite was delicious! Smooth will work just fine if that’s what you have. We served ours with raspberry jam for a new twist on PB+J! Yummy!
Recipe from Peanut Butter Loaf
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
2. In small bowl mix together next four ingredients, mix thoroughly into dry ingredients.
3.Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
4. Eat and enjoy!
