In fact, perhaps this could be next week’s meal plan.

Number 10- Potato Flatbread

It seems so simple. Just a few ingredients. It was so good though. Served with a side salad it makes the perfect dinner. Vegetarian as well, so a good recipe to keep in your arsenal.

Number 9 – Chicken Fajita Penne

A perfect mixture of two of our very favorite types of food, Mexican and pasta. Our carb-o-holics will be excited every time the see the pasta pot boiling with water. Add a mexi-twist and they are even more excited. Cute little munchkins.

Number 8 – Crisp Cucumber Salsa

Number 7 – Sticky Toffee Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Banana Cake. Sticky Toffee. Cream Cheese Frosting. What else is there to say?

Number 6 – Easy Pumpkin Torte

Similar to the famous dessert sex in a pan, but with pumpkin pudding. Sadly, we don’t have this in Canada. Lucky for me I have states grocery elves that bring me loads of goodies. This dessert was so good!

Number 5 – Butter-Garlic Rosemary Pasta

This one is definitely on the plan to make again this month. Looking forward to it. So easy. So good!

Number 4 – French Onion Cheese Bread

My personal weakness. Cover bread with ooey, gooey, melted cheese and you have made me a very happy lady.

Number 3 – Cream Cheese Frosted Banana Bars

Apparently I like banana stuff with cream cheese frosting. Both a cake and bars made it on this list, they were both too good to leave out. So now you can easily decide between the two. Cake or bars, what’s your pleasure?

Number 2 – Soft Ginger Cookies

My favorite cookie. Bar None. I could eat these every single day.

Number 1 – Chicken Korma

Yes, that is right. The recipe I posted just two days ago. Fun fact. After eating a similar dish in a restaurant (in December) I wanted more. So I made some at home. I have already made this recipe twice, and enjoyed the leftovers many times. It was a very Korma month. I think we should have it again .

Well, that’s all folks. Looking forward to sharing many more recipes with you this year. Stay tuned!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothies

Who can resisit the delicious taste of a smoothie.
