Carnival Miracle- Dinner Night 2

Pumpkin SoupAlligator FrittersAh Dinner, night two, the first formal night. Also, our last night with dinner guests, as they only showed up the first two nights, which left us alone the rest of the cruise. We actually made friends across the dining room, and had a great time! Hello Kay Family!!

Okay on to the food, we actually remembered to take pictures of the whole meal this time, it really is amazing that after being a food blogger for almost two years, we can still forget! So yes, we ordered, we took pictures, we ate. This night was actually quite funny as the waiter thought it was our Anniversary and so brought us out cake to sing to us. When we informed him that our Anniversary was the following day, he and the wait staff decided to sing to us anyways. So Happy Almost Anniversary was sung, and was one of the highlights of the trip as the entire table was in stitches we were all laughing so hard. Cruising, it’s a good time!Baked Mushroom Caps

So on to the menu, of course there was the everyday menu which can be found here

This is probably the night we enjoyed our food the most, I started with the Baked Stuffed Mushrooms, and they were amazing. Then I had the Spaghetti Carbonara for my entrée and for dessert I had the warm chocolate melting cake and butter pecan ice cream from the everyday menu. Everything I ordered was very good.Spaghetti Carbonara

Clarke ordered the Pumpkin Soup, which I stole a bite of and it was very good, then he had the alligator fritters, which I did not steal a bite of, but he said they were good. He ordered two entrees as he couldn’t decide, and had both the Lobster and Prime Rib. Dessert was the Apples on Puff Pastry.Prime Rib
