Is it just me our are potatoes the most versatile vegetable ever? Of all the ways to cook them, I like roasted the best. Well technically I guess I do love French fries, so second best. I have many roasted potatoes recipe, I like ones that have a lot of flavor. This one was very good.
Slightly Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens
- 6 medium potatoes-cut into chunks
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
1. Pre heat oven to 325. Grease large casserole.
2. Place potatoes and olive oil in casserole dish. Stir. Add seasonings. Stir until combined.
3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover stir, cook additional 15 minutes.
4. Eat and Enjoy!
Tips- For extra flavor serve topped with sour cream and sliced green onions.
